I advise in family law matters, including arrangements for children on divorce or separation and financial arrangements on divorce.  I work with a family mediator where appropriate.

In employment law matters, I advise and act for employers in the drafting of employment contracts and in negotiations with employees and their representatives.
I act for employees in relation to their contracts of employment and disputes, which arise in the course of employment; negotiations on the termination of employment; dealing with claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy and discrimination.

I will advise and act for you in the resolution of civil disputes, both private and commercial.
